Shawn Andrews - Trying out as Eagles Quarterback

AndrewsAs the team Philadelphia Eagles took Stacy Andrews and Jason Peters in their team in the offseason and were seen to be the persons who will be replacing Jon Runyan and Tra Thomas at their respective positions, the right and left tackle.
Stacy Andrews however is still recovering from a knee surgery; his younger brother Shawn Andrews will be undergoing a tryout as the right tackle of the team. Shawn already played at this position in Arkansas but when he played as an NFL rookie in the year 2004 he played as a guard.
The Eagles had a different view of Shawn; Coach Andy Reid has seen Shawn as a tackle and that is the reason he is considering in giving Shawn the opportunity to be in the right tackle and would evaluate how Shawn would prove himself fit for the spot at the camps.
When the Eagles signed his brother in the team, Shawn wanted to move to the left tackle but then Peters was traded for the spot. According to Shawn has been playing in the left tackle for the whole offseason and that it felt very natural to play for the spot but then he has to set his mind on being the right tackle and he is confident that he would be better as a tackle.
What Shawn Andrews believe is that he has to stay healthy; it is his priority because by being healthy other things fall into place. He is very excited on his comeback after missing the training camp in 2008 because he was coping from depression after missing the games after the week 2 incident when he had a herniated disc in his back during the game with the Dallas Cowboys. Shawn Andrews is glad to be starting out his career this season.
